Andrea Coltman is committed to providing excellent services.
This policy sets out your agreement and the way we manage Andrea Coltman services.
On booking you agree to the following:
1. I will notify you of any allergies, medical conditions & medication that are relevant to me / my / my child’s participation at Andrea Coltman by emailing andrea@andreacoltman.com.
2. I will inform you of any learning or behavioural concerns which are relevant to me / my / my child’s participation at Andrea Coltman by emailing andrea@andreacoltman.com.
3. I give permission for my details to be entered onto a database to be used only for Andrea Coltman & related art that I / my child may be interested in. I can unsubscribe at any time.
4. In the unlikely event of illness or accident I give permission for any necessary medical treatment to be given by a first aider. In an emergency and if I cannot be contacted, I am willing to receive / for my child to receive hospital treatment if necessary. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me / emergency contact as soon as possible. If I do not agree I will inform you by emailing andrea@andreacoltman.com.
5. I confirm that the details provided via my purchase are complete to the best of my knowledge. I will inform you if there are any changes to this information by emailing andrea@andreacoltman.com.
6. If I have booked a place on behalf of another participant I will ensure all relevant information is transferred between Andrea Coltman and them, including the above statements.
Andrea Coltman Art Classes & Art Camps
BOOKING
Prior booking is essential for all Andrea Coltman Art Classes and will close at 6pm prior to the class start time. Booking is secured on receipt of payment. Payment is due on booking.
CANCELLATIONS
PRIVATE TUITION or ART CAMPS
72hrs notice is required for cancellations or rebooking. Full lesson payment is due for lessons cancelled within 72hrs.
ART COURSES
Andrea offers a full 14 days cooling off period after signing up to any Art Course. You will only be charged for any sessions taken at the full price.
Art courses are set on a termly rolling basis, term to term, in line with Kent County Council’s School term dates. If you wish to cancel the following term’s art course, that must be sent, in writing by emailing andrea@andreacoltman.com, 14 days in advance to the start date of the next term’s art course.
TUTOR ILLNESS
In the event of tutor illness, we offer an alternative time and date, a refund proportionate to the duration, or the option to transfer your booking to another workshop, course, class or event. We also reserve the right to cancel the session.
GIFT VOUCHERS
